Subscribe & Save
A standing order, on your schedule
Choose how often a tin should arrive and save approximately 25% on every delivery. Plans run for a minimum of 2 orders.
The ~25% discount
Every tin and every jar of roe on a subscription is priced 25% below its one-time price, on the first delivery and on every delivery after it. We then round the recurring charge to a whole dollar, so the saving on any one size lands a little either side of 25% — hence ~25%. The exact recurring price is always shown before you subscribe.
The discount applies to the product itself. Shipping is charged separately at the same rate as a one-time order.
Because Subscribe & Save is already a standing discount, promotional codes apply to one-time purchases rather than stacking on top of it.
How often it arrives
You choose the cadence when you subscribe:
- — Every month, saving ~25%
- — Every 2 months, saving ~25%
- — Every 3 months, saving ~25%
Your card is charged at the start of each cycle, and the tin is dispatched on the next available shipping day. We ship Monday–Thursday only, so perishable freight never sits in a depot over a weekend.
What you are charged
The price is fixed when you subscribe and stays fixed for as long as that subscription runs. If our catalogue prices change later, an existing subscription keeps the price it started on. We will not raise a recurring price without telling you first and giving you the chance to cancel.
The 2-order minimum
Subscribe & Save runs for a minimum of 2 orders. The order you place when you start the plan is the first of them; the first renewal that ships is the second. Once both have shipped the commitment is complete and the plan continues with no further obligation.
The minimum counts orders, not months. Whichever cadence you choose — monthly, every two months or every three — it is satisfied by 2 delivered orders.
An order counts towards the minimum once it has been paid for and shipped. These do not count:
- — a renewal whose payment was declined
- — a delivery that has been billed but has not yet shipped
- — an order cancelled before it shipped
- — an order refunded in full
- — a cycle that produced no delivery at all
Your account shows exactly where a plan stands — "1 of 2 orders completed" — so the position is never a matter of guesswork. You are asked to confirm you understand the minimum before the subscription is created, and we keep a record of that confirmation.
Managing and cancelling
Your plans live in your account under Subscriptions, alongside the next billing date and the address each delivery goes to.
Once the 2-order minimum is complete, the cancel option appears there and takes one step. Cancelling stops future renewals: nothing further is billed and nothing further is shipped. Orders already paid for are separate and are not cancelled or refunded by cancelling the plan — they carry on to delivery as normal.
If something has gone wrong with an order, or your circumstances change before the minimum is complete, contact us and we will sort it out with you.
Changing the size, quantity, cadence or delivery address is not yet self-service. Cancel the plan and start a new one, or get in touch and we will arrange it.
If a payment fails
We do not ship a delivery that has not been paid for. If a renewal payment is declined, the subscription is marked as needing attention in your account and no order is created. Your card issuer and our payment provider will retry on their usual schedule; updating your card resumes deliveries.
A declined renewal does not count towards the 2-order minimum, and it does not shorten it either — the count simply stays where it was until a delivery goes out.
Shipping and tax
Every delivery ships FedEx Overnight at the same rate as a one-time order to the same address, charged alongside each renewal rather than once at sign-up.
Sales tax is currently configured at $0.00 on all orders, subscriptions included. If that configuration changes, tax will be shown before you are charged.
An account is required
Subscriptions need an account so that you can see, manage and cancel them yourself. One-time orders can be placed as a guest.
Subscription terms version 2026-08-29-v1. The version you accepted is recorded with your subscription.
Not yet liveSubscriptions are built but not yet connected to live payments. Nothing on this page can be charged until the payment provider is switched on.
